Slate Auto Pickup production where - Rivian plant?

I haven't seen any info released yet about where the Slate Auto Pickup would be produced? Will Rivian be producing the Slate pickup truck, or maybe Slate Auto will contract with another manufacturer?

Or will Slate Auto actually builds its own plant? I'd be shocked.
