DIY converting Pickup Truck to SUV style?

Just curious, but wondering how difficult and time consuming it would be to be able to convert it from a truck to SUV? I saw the launch video where they did it behind a curtain with a team of people but in wondering what it looks like in my garage with maybe a Buddy?

I posted this in another thread too --

In this TFL video they turned a stock gray pickup into a blue wrapped SUV in 1 hour. So that includes the SUV top / cap install, seats install and the wrap. They had 10 guys working on it, but still this probably signals that converting from pickup to SUV and back isn't that hard a process.

Looks like that TFL mod has a lift and off road tires…
