Issue loging in to Slate account.

I am having an issue,
I "reserved" a slate for the 50.00 but didn't have an account. When I check out, I made an account as part of the process.

Anyway that was Saturday, I tried multiple times logging in and I did not get a verification code.

Contacted Slate, they said this is an issue and IT is looking into it.

Okay now I do get the verification code when I try to log it but it's about 30 minutes later.

Weird.

I created a different account with Gmail and had no issue. Buttt my res is on my original email, which is outlook.

Anyone have any issues like this or just me?

Can't say that I have had that issue, but I used my gmail account when I signed up/reserved it. I personally don't use outlook, maybe it's just an outlook thing?

Not resolved yet, as by the time my code gets to my email the Slate log in is timed out. (15 minutes)

Could be just outlook but I do not have any other issues. Anyway I haven't seen my reservation number yet! So kind of lame hopefully thier IT support can help me at some point.

Maybe check to make sure you spelled your email address and password correctly.

Took 2 days for my verification codes to come, meaning they were expired upon arrival. I'm gonna wait a few more days to let IT get it fixed.

Yes, same here. Monday AM it finally worked by sending code quick enough to establish account and verify reservation, configure, etc.
